PORTER, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- Game wardens have found a woman from Porter who was believed to be missing after cross country skiing.
The Maine Warden Service put out a notice about 67-year-old Lillian Larose after she had not returned from a cross country skiing outing. Larose left her house at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday and did not return when she was expected to.
A friend reported her missing when she did not return on time. Game wardens found her alive and well just before 4 p.m. Wednesday.
She is being evaluated by medical personnel, but she is believed to be in good health.
