CAPE ELIZABETH, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- Police say two men from York were arrested early Thursday morning after a burglary at Portland Head Light in Cape Elizabeth. Investigators say Adam Ruger, 20, and Zachary Faskianos, 18, stole a lithograph from the lighthouse museum.

Shortly after police responded to the lighthouse at Fort Williams Park, they received a call of an accident at Stony Brook and Shore Roads. Police found a Toyota pickup truck had damaged a stone wall at that location. They also recovered the lithograph at the scene.

Ruger is facing several charges including aggravated criminal mischief, burglary, theft, refusing to submit to arrest, and failure to notify police about an accident. Faskianos is charged with OUI, refusing to take a blood-alcohol test, aggravated criminal mischief and burglary.

Ruger and Faskianos are both out on bail.
