QUINCY, Mass. (WHDH) -- A teenage girl hid inside a closet in her grandmother's house and called 911 while two men broke inside.

Police said she was home alone when she saw John Naumann and Steven Cyr trying to get in through the kitchen window.

She hid in the closet and called for help.

Dispatcher: "Ma'am, are you still there?"
Teen: "Yes."
Dispatcher: "Ma'am, this is Quincy Police, okay? Stay on the phone. We have several cars coming through right now, alright...Just stay on the phone, ma'am, alright? I don't want you saying anything, I don't want anyone hearing you, okay?"
Teen: "I need you, I need you, I need you."
Dispatcher: "Yup, I have several cars coming right now, okay?"

The chilling call was hard for her grandmother to hear.

"She's like begging to the police, 'hurry come get me.' That's just wrong. Your house is supposed to be a haven.
Nanna and Poppa's house is supposed to be extra fun," said Elaine Sandonato.

She said her 15-year-old granddaughter, Shayna Boyle, was home alone at the time of the break-in.

"They could have taken anything they wanted. I didn't care. You know? Cause you can get that back in insurance," said Sandonato.

Within minutes, police arrived and arrested the two men.

Sandonato said what matters to her is that her granddaughter wasn't hurt, but even so, Boyle isn't ready to spend another night at the house alone.

"She's a tough cookie. She will bounce back. I don't know when it's gonna be, but she will bounce back," said Sandonato

The two men were charged with breaking and entering.
