(NEWS CENTER) -- Last week, Governor Paul LePage released his plan to slash next 2-year State budget in order to balance it -- as he's required to do by law.

However, part of that plan would eliminate the 40-year-old "revenue sharing" program which kicks money back to local towns and cities to help them balance their budgets.

Does his plan have a chance of passage in the Legislature?

We talk with NEWS CENTER political analysts Phil Harriman and Ethan Strimling about that, as well as about new polling numbers regarding how Mainers feel about gun control.
