PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania (NBC) - Police have made an arrest in the December 12 shooting aboard a Philadelphia elevated train.
Officials say 18-year-old Matthew Early and his 17-year-old brother got into an argument with another passenger over a basketball game. As they got off the train, Matthew allegedly fired a shot at the man, hitting him and an innocent bystander. Both victims survived the shooting. The whole incident was caught on surveillance cameras.
Matthew Early was arrested Friday and is being held, awaiting arraignment. His younger brother was arrested earlier last week and is charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault, among other related offenses.
