GLOVERSVILLE, New York (WNYT) -- A Gloversville, New York ice cream truck driver is out of a job after being accused of driving his truck, while drunk.
Phil Hollister of Mr. Ding-A-Ling was pulled over in his ice cream truck, shortly after midnight on Saturday.
A sobriety test revealed a BAC of .15 percent.
Mr. Ding-A-Ling's owner says he will fire Hollister and take back his truck.
You may remember Hollister from this past spring, when he accused the operators of competing ice cream truck Sno-Kone Joe, of harassing him and his business.
Hollister won the case.
