COMMERCE CITY, Colorado (KMGH) - After a storm in Colorado delayed more than 50,000 UPS packages, some customers say they were told to expect a refund.
But now those refunds may not happen.
UPS says snow halted deliveries on 50,000 packages. People lined up at the customer center in Commerce City on Christmas Eve to collect their gifts, but many were denied.
UPS initially said it would be issuing refunds. Now they're saying no one will get one.
Several customers say they're switching to FedEx.
