Major Flooding Closes Roads

NEWS CENTER -- Police have closed several roads because of flooding.
   
In Brunswick and Cumberland County, police say the intersection of Bunganuc and Highland Road is closed. They say heavy rains washed out the roadway there.

Freeport police tell us portions of Route 1 are under water. Also, portions of Route 125.   They say some people in Freeport and Yarmouth are stranded because of flood waters.  Also, Flying Point Road near Route 105 and the Brunswick town line is flooded.

Route 88 between the Yarmouth and Cumberland town lines is closed in both directions because of flooding.

In Acton, Milton Mills Road and Sanborn Road are both closed because of flooding. 

Also in West Lebanon in York County, Orrills Road which turns into Prospect Road, is closed.
