BRUNSWICK, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- The Coastal Humane Society is searching for homes for more than 40 rescue dogs.

The shelter has taken in puppies from Castoff Pet Rescue in Georgia and a group of puppies from Puerto Rico in the past week.

There are seven boxer/labrador puppies looking for loving families. They may have some St. Bernard mixed in their breed.  There are also eight chow chow/husky/golden retreiver mixes that will be available.

All of the dogs available will be spayed and neutered before they are cleared for adoption.
