MOUNT DESERT, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- The Maine Warden Service has recovered the body of a man who had been missing since Wednesday.
Spokesperson Doug Rafferty said warden service divers recovered the body of 38-year-old Corey Farley of Seal Cove Saturday afternoon shortly before 1 p.m.
Farley was found in less than 30 feet of water not far from where the boat he was originally in capsized.
Wardens found the body of Farley's companion, 67-year-old Richard Weimer from Charlton, Mass., in the water Thursday afternoon.
The two men were fishing on Long Pond on Mt. Desert Island and were last seen there Wednesday around 3 p.m. Their small boat was found overturned in the water Thursday. Two life jackets were found still in the boat.
Farley's body was found in an area of Long Pond where side-scan sonar had less effective search capability.
Rafferty said weather was improving Saturday, and allowed divers to resume their search. They were in the water for less than 15 minutes before discovering Farley's body.
