PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - The snow is steadily falling and the speed limits have been reduced to 45 MPH on the Maine Turnpike. On this last day of winter, the storm in Maine is expected to get anywhere from 8 inches to well over 12 in some places throughout the state. That's much different from last year at this time when it was 70 degrees outside! However, this weather is not uncommon for March in Maine.
