Remember what it was like when you were a kid bouncing on a trampoline for hours. You may not have looked at it as exercise then, but in reality it can be a fantastic workout. On this Fit at Five we check out a class that is teaching kids at a young age that exercise, like bouncing on a trampoline, can be fun.

At Dudziak's School of Gymnastics a trampoline class is not only a good workout, but it will definitely put a smile on your face. From foam pits, to belts, to bungees this school has all the right tools to help kids build strength, flexibility, and range of motion.

In a trampoline class like this kids can start as young as age 5, and owner Roxanne Deshaies says that the younger they start the better.

"They are really fearless when they are young, and once they get in here they usually stay with it longer."

Classes like this are also not just meant for young girls. Roxanne tells us that they have many skateboarders, snowboarders, and people working on their parkour skills coming in to use the trampoline as well.

We have provided a link for Dudziak's School of Gymnastics for more information.
