ARTIST DAHLOV IPCAR TO EXHIBIT AT MAINE JEWISH MUSEUM
Widely recognized for her intricate and fanciful paintings that conjure the essence of the animal world, Dahlov Ipcar still lives and paints in the Georgetown (Maine) home and studio she shared with her husband for nearly seventy years.
At 95, she continues to paint from her imagination in a signature style that creates a world of harmony and inter-connectedness, a joyful kaleidoscope of life.
The Maine Jewish Museum will hold a reception for Dahlov Ipcar on Saturday, December 1st from 5-7:30 PM.
Her recent paintings will be on exhibit at the Museum through January 5th.
