SISTERS SALSA RECIPES

A SALSIFIED SOLE

Serves 4

1      lb.           Sole or other white fish

¼     lb.           Butter or oil substitute

1      Tub         Sisters Salsa

1      Tbs.        Cumin powder

1      Tbs.        Chili powder

1      tsp.         Garlic powder

1      tsp.         Black pepper

1      tsp.         Salt

Melt butter with spices.  Coat fish.  Place in baking pan.

Smother with Sisters Salsa.  Bake 15-20 min. at 325°.

SISTERS GESPACHO

1         14 oz. tub Sisters Salsa, drained (reserve juice)

½    Cucumber, peeled & seeded

½    Bell pepper

1         Celery stalk

¼    Red Onion

1           Tbs Fresh curly parsley

1            tsp Cumin powder

1             tsp Chili powder

1              Juice of a lemon

Pulse all in food processor, adding reserved Sisters Salsa juice as needed.  Serve and enjoy.
